What do you think are the biggest differences between FRHD's community in its prime and CR's community in its prime, which do you like better and why?
I think it's fair to say your art direction and tracks changed significantly when comparing 2015 and earlier (descent: hysteria, vacant etc) versus 2018 and later (regret, desperation etc), with the former having a lot more nature/rocky scenes and the latter being bolder cityscapes with more obvious connections to your personal experience. What do you think brought on this change, other than simply growing as an artist?
What's it like being a father? What's something in your life that you've grown to love which people without kids simply can't experience?
You can bring back one player who has long-since quit the game from the past to the present day, and they're as active as you are. Who do you bring back and why?
How has playing and contributing to the free rider community over all these years impacted you? Ie you've certainly developed as an artist, but is there anything else that you feel has developed through your involvement in this series?

May be a shock to you but the togetherness was a lot better by the time we rolled round to frhd. May have been the maturity of the users or the battle hardenedness after the fiasco of cr shutting and bhr chaos state but I think that seemed to be the difference. I think also back in the olden days of cr you had people dropping shit ought right and centre without such as a comment and get rewarded for it. No 2-3+ month tracks like there is now

It was me and Amanda breaking up to put it simply. I took a hiatus, probably the only one I've had in my time playing since 2008 and I learned that I draw best taking examples from reality, my reality. I'll touch on a little more why in question 5 to why I've done this. I also noticed that when drawing cities, as it'd always consistent in sizing and shaping it was better for me as a person to draw, couldn't knack the texture of wood in a tree or the random leaves. Heck even my rocks have faltered, by SOH standards I thought my rocks were great. Just thought I'd start expanding drawings of buildings and internals and turned out I was a lot better at it than nature so I stuck with it.
Also I discovered I could draw boobs and booty get away with it

Incredibly tiring yet rewarding and whilst I'd say it's not for everyone, I do think you don't understand life until life is in your hands. Uh it's gonna sound weird but the power of someone's destiny in your hands, you're crafting this human being and you're in charge of their language, their morals, their religious views, their interests at least until they're old enough to do it themselves. It's very humbling. Also when they say they love you is just something money cannot buy.

This is the hardest question and there's about 5 people in my team here who I wish stuck around. Now I'm lucky as a lot of folk who've left I'm still in contact with so I get to see them be happy people but there's also a couple who artistically underperformed and could have done more as an artist ig and we got slept on.
Armator, obvious shout here. She made maybe 2/3 pieces that were stunning enough for feature but I saw what she was capable of and she didn't deliver half of what she should have.
Tremulant, that silent night track being lost to time will haunt me. Plus a really good guy.
Just for a track perspective id throw lolz, penguins, endy (give me benjo) and gongo in the mix just would love something from them but my picks gonna be forlorn333. She was a lovely girl, very talented and in her day won 3 official contest's in a row (unlimited, season Scape, spring gaming) and had some ntbf I wish she had. With my level of activity and motivation I think she'd have been the goat. P.s. the photo of me her and arm in front of the cheesecake factory helped spawn the biggest meme of my life.
- It has, I've often prioritised the game over socialising in situations I probably shouldn't have gone to so in ways I'm grateful. This game has done a lot more for me than probably most others due to my childhood issues but I think over the years I've lived with the game a lot healthier. I mean you can see it from me being a VIP I've used this outlet sort of like therapy, even with the ongoing SETW I'm letting out things out of my system I want to talk about but haven't done so in person. It's a very good thing tbh would recommend it and on top of that I think it's matured me as a person.
It's even allowed me to share my artistry and love for it at work. Never have I had something with others involved, actual models* is a first time for me (with exception to one of the circle nudes) so it's nice it's been able to benefit me back. It's quite funny though outside of the game, other than the photography when I go on holiday I don't really do anything artsy, I tend to go football in my spare time or game. A lot of my drawing is just done at my spare hours at work.
Beyond this, I think friendships, most of my friendships I would say are from here. I speak to a few of you a lot more than my irl friends where I would say I keep 3 close irl and the rest at an arms length, not a bad thing per se im a quality over quantity guy there which makes a change.God some toughens here.
- Zuza can barely draw the letter Z but liked to paint "colours" so we'll see. She's only 2 going in 3 so plenty of time
